1.1. DIRECT selling
Our sales team operates all around Brazil, or through direct sales representatives, attending large to small customers. Aiming a healthy relationship with its customers, OPECO is always seeking to develop a partnership relation, in which both sides are benefited. Opeco’s structure of wholesale has also a Sales Promotion service that, through weekly visits, offers full support to sales points, assisting in a perfect products exposure and replacement, lecturing trainings, distributing gifts and promotional publicity for sellers and consumers. Joining a good care, follow-up and support in purchases and replacements of products to the total support in concluding the sale and inventory turn at sales points, OPECO offers its customers a complete and diverse product mix, bringing success to those who sell and total satisfaction for those who purchase them.

1.2. OPECO Magazine
OPECO distinguished itself in the brazilian market of consumer electronics and accessories, offering an excelent variety and quality of products, as well as providing good service before and after sales to small, medium and large retailers, in addition to the corporate market. Opeco seeks to attend to customers through its printed catalog Opeco Magazine, which can be accessed throuht the Internet, accessing the website www.opecomagazine.com.br, where the customers can find all the product line, as well as news and core offerings.

1.3. TELESALES
In parallel to the bimonthly transmission of OPECO magazine, OPECO is respectable for its extensive customers’ database for customer service through a team of active telesales. The main focus of this sales channel is also on the small and medium-sized retailers. These clients receive great support and guidance on our products, their monthly purchases, very competitive prices and flexible deadlines for payments.

1.4. CORPORATIVE Sales
We own a structure to meet businesses’ needs, whether it is for customized products, or for shares of awards and incentives. Given the variety of our lines, we also attend the needs of gifts to customers and / or employees, marketing campaigns, and sales to employees. We have full integration capacity of our e-commerce structure (mainly software and logistics) with the corporation structure.
