Wholesale Channels
1.1. SALES REPS
With a 32 sales reps team we offer our products in all Brazilian states, supplying tools for a good sales performance, such as training courses, samples, toll free number to solve products and sales doubts, among others.
1.2. OPECO MAGAZINE
Every two months we issue a printed magazine (available in the internet, too – www.opecomagazine.com.br), with selected offers of our products. This magazine is mailed to 4,500 retailers.
1.3. TELEMARKETING
Our telemarketing structure counts with 18 sales professionals who work primarily through the OPECO MAGAZINE offers. Contact can be made by phone or through the Internet.
1.4. PROMOTION TEAM
A group of 41 trained and skilled girls keep visiting our customers, checking the points of sales, the exhibition of our products, pricing, competition, and taking orders, too, whenever possible. All the girls are fully trained to give any information about any product of ours.
1.5. CORPORATE SALES
We also sell to corporations, usually printing their logo on the product, whenever requested. But not only customized items are sold, once we carry many attractive products in our lines, perfect for gifts and/or special dates and celebrations. Several internal campaigns for internal sales were already organized by us.
